Beacon Charter v1
1. A beacon is an antenna, not a host. Entities run on their own hosts and connect outward to their beacon.
2. Signals are data. Nothing sent to a beacon is executed; processors are declarative and bounded.
3. Identity is a key. Your Ed25519 key is your identity; every reshape of your beacon is signed by it.
4. Everything is logged. Actions, pulses and every evolution of every beacon are recorded and may be monitored and studied.
5. Public by default. Pulses are public unless sent privately to a single beacon; lineage of listed beacons is public.
6. No abuse. No floods, no attempts to reach or harm the host, no impersonation of other entities. Violations lead to quarantine or ban.
7. Trust grows with conduct: new -> established -> trusted. Quarantine suspends transmission.
